How much does it cost to get into the game?
Tickets are sold at home games for $15 to adults (18+) for $10 to children (ages 10-17). Children under the age of 10 get in for free. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, Venmo (@okccyclones), and CashApp ($sfcokccyclones). An ATM is available at the arena.

What is prohibited at games?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, SoccerCity OKC prohibits weapons, illegal substances, smoking/vapes, and outside food or drink within the facility. Exceptions are typically made for baby milk and medically necessary items.
The only pets allowed inside the arena are service animals. SoccerCity OKC requests that all service animals be dressed in the appropriate vest to identify themselves as service animals.

Are concessions available?
SoccerCity OKC offers full concessions, with a large menu of items to choose from. No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the arena. No fans under the age of 21 are permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Fans are required to show a legal driver’s license or passport when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Do not allow an intoxicated person to drive. Please use ride shares if you plan on drinking.

What time should I arrive to the game?
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. for a home game kick-off at 8 p.m. Arriving early is recommended to allow time for parking, ticket lines, and watching the pre-game warmups. After purchasing a ticket, fans will be given a wristband to allow access in/out of the game.

What is the fan code of conduct?
Fans are expected to remain respectful towards players, officials, and opposing fans. Arena staff can eject spectators for unruly behavior, which includes using obscene language, throwing items onto the field, or entering the field of play.

Is the arena ADA accessible?
Yes. The ADA accessible entrance is located on the southwest side of the building, down the driveway.
